My busy client Fred here has dropped over 50 pounds and kept it off the past two years he’s been training with me. He did it the right way, and lost the weight and built up his enjoyment for working out SLOWLY. Fred began with just two workouts a week for just thirty minutes. After a couple of months, we upped it (and kept it) at three, thirty minute workouts a week during his lunch break.

She worked really hard trying to get in better shape using our commercial grade treadmill, but she eventually reached a plateau and was not progressing. She decided to try circuit training with Geoff to get the muscular workout the treadmill does not provide. Due to the work out, she has now stopped taking her blood pressure medicine and is well on her way to meeting her Weight Watchers goal weight.

I was overweight and on several prescription drugs. One drug for my blood pressure, another drug to control my cholesterol, and more drugs to counteract the side effects of the first two drugs. With Geoff's training, gradually increasing the intensity with safety, I managed to lower my blood pressure and drastically reduce my cholesterol medicine dosage.
