Strength Endurance for Martial Artists
Strength endurance is the ability to endure the repetitive nature of a given sport while maintaining strength, speed, and power at the highest and most consistent level throughout a competition or even just a tough class. Martial artists who compete in rigorous tournaments such as Kyokushin or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu often will have several fights over the course of a couple of hours. Therefore, to perform satisfactorily, they must have adequate strength endurance.
