MISD is a progressive ranking system. Each belt builds upon the skills learned before it.
There are no skipped ranks and no automatic promotions. When you're ready to advance, you'll submit a video test demonstrating the required techniques for your rank.
Your test will be personally reviewed. You must demonstrate proficiency in the required material before advancing to the next belt.
